This website is operated by Elite Midwifery by Gabriella Younes ("we", "us", or "our"). We provide midwifery, lactation, and pregnancy-related education and support, including online courses, private sessions, and consultations (the "Services").

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy, set out the terms on which you may use this website and our Services. They apply to everyone who visits or uses this website.

By visiting, accessing, or using this website or our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website or our Services.

Access and account

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

To book a session or access a course, you may need to provide personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information, and you may be given access to a client portal. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

If you are given login details for the client portal or a course, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for any activity under your account. Course and portal access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred to anyone else. Please tell us straight away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Our services

Our information, courses, sessions, and consultations are intended to support and inform you. They are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical care from your doctor, hospital, or other healthcare provider. In an emergency, contact your healthcare provider or emergency services.

We aim to describe our Services accurately, but we do not guarantee any particular result or outcome, as every pregnancy, birth, and feeding journey is different. We may update, change, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time.

Orders

When you book a session or purchase a course, you are making an offer to buy that Service from us. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and we have confirmed it, for example by a confirmation email, a scheduled booking, or access being granted to a course.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion. If we do, we will let you know using the contact details you provided and arrange any appropriate refund in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Prices and billing

All prices are shown at the time of purchase and are in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers, and availability may change at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and any other methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider on their own secure page; we do not see or store your full card details.

You confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, and that you agree to pay the amount shown for your order. We recommend you keep a copy of your order confirmation and these terms for your records.

Delivery of what you buy

We provide digital courses and online or in-person Services only; nothing is physically shipped. Course access is granted after payment, and sessions are delivered as scheduled appointments. Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. Because courses give immediate access to digital content, refund eligibility may be limited once access has been granted or a session has taken place.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our courses - including text, graphics, images, videos, course materials, and the overall design - belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use this content only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, or publish any of it without our written permission.

Third-party links and tools

This website may link to, or use tools and services provided by, third parties that we do not control - for example our booking, payment, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply. Any use of third-party websites or tools is at your own risk.

Any personal information we collect through this website is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood it.

Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on this website - for example in descriptions, pricing, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update or cancel an order if any information was inaccurate, including after an order has been placed.
