This policy explains how you receive what you buy from us - digital course access and scheduled sessions.
Online courses
When you buy a course, access is granted immediately after payment. You will receive a confirmation email and can log in to the client portal to start straight away.
Sessions and consultations
Sessions are delivered as scheduled appointments - online by video call, or in person at the clinic in Antelias. You will receive a confirmation with the details when you book.
No physical shipping
We provide digital courses and online or in-person services only. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping costs or delivery times for goods.
