Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work for our courses, sessions, and consultations.
Online courses
Because our online courses give you immediate access to digital content, course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you have any trouble accessing your course, contact us and we will put it right.
Sessions and consultations
You can reschedule or cancel a booked session at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
Where sessions are bought as a package, unused sessions can be rescheduled but are not refundable once the package has started.
How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email us at info@elitemidwifery.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
