Frequently Asked Questions Questions I Get Every Single Day

Let’s be honest…

If you’re pregnant, chances are you’ve Googled at least one weird symptom, watched 17 birth videos you probably shouldn’t have watched, and spent hours wondering if you’re doing things “right.”

So let’s answer some of the questions I get asked the most.

Birth classes, the gym & breastfeeding support

Do I still need birth classes if my doctor follows my pregnancy?

Yes.

Your doctor is responsible for your medical care.

Birth preparation classes are designed to help you understand labor, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum, your options, and what to expect.

Think of it this way:

Your doctor helps make sure you and your baby are healthy.

I help make sure you’re prepared.

What’s the difference between the Course and the Gym?

This is probably the question I get asked the most.

The Elite Birth Preparation Course

The course is focused on education.

You’ll learn:

  • Pregnancy
  • Labor & birth
  • Pain management
  • Interventions
  • Breastfeeding
  • Postpartum
  • Dad’s role

It’s self-paced and you can watch it whenever you want.

Perfect for women who want comprehensive birth education.

The Elite Pregnancy Gym

The Gym combines movement and birth preparation.

Inside the Gym, you’ll get:

  • 3 live pregnancy workouts per week
  • 2 live birth preparation sessions per week
  • Ongoing support
  • A community of pregnant moms
  • Session recordings

Perfect for women who want accountability, movement, education, and support throughout pregnancy.

Which one should I choose?

If your main goal is birth education, start with the Course.

If your main goal is staying active, preparing your body for labor, and learning alongside other moms, join the Gym.

Many women choose both because they complement each other beautifully.

Can I join if I’m planning a cesarean birth?

Absolutely.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that birth preparation is only for women planning a vaginal birth.

The truth is:

Every woman deserves to understand birth, recovery, breastfeeding, and postpartum.

Whether you’re planning a vaginal birth or a cesarean birth, preparation matters.

Can I join if I want an epidural?

Of course.

The goal is not to convince you to have or avoid an epidural.

The goal is to help you understand all your options so you can make informed decisions.

I’m planning a VBAC. Is this for me?

Yes.

Many of the women I support are preparing for VBACs.

We’ll discuss birth preparation, confidence building, labor, interventions, and how to approach your birth feeling informed and supported.

When should I start?

The earlier, the better.

Many women join during the second trimester.

But honestly?

It’s never too early and rarely too late.

Even if you’re close to your due date, you’ll still benefit from preparing.

Can my partner watch the course too?

Please do.

The Dad’s Role module was created specifically for partners.

The more prepared your support person is, the more confident you’ll feel.

I’m not living in Lebanon. Can I still join?

Absolutely.

Women from all over the world join the Course, the Gym, and our private support programs.

Everything can be accessed online.

What if breastfeeding doesn’t go the way I planned?

First of all…

Take a deep breath.

Breastfeeding challenges are common.

And needing help doesn’t mean you’re failing.

That’s exactly why breastfeeding support exists.

Whether you’re preparing before birth or looking for support after birth, we’re here to guide you.

We provide guidance for:

  • Breastfeeding twins
  • Pumping for twins
