Movement during pregnancy is not about intensity — it’s about preparation, awareness, and resilience. Elite Gym Prenatal Fitness is a structured, pregnancy-safe fitness program designed to support women physically and mentally throughout pregnancy while preparing the body for labor and postpartum recovery.
Format:
- 3 guided workouts per week (Monday – Wednesday – Friday)
- Monthly subscription
- New group starts at the beginning of every month
- Led by Rayan, Pre And Midwife Gabriella Younes
