Postpartum recovery is not about “bouncing back” — it’s about rebuilding safely and intentionally. Postpartum Gym is a progressive recovery-based fitness program designed to help women reconnect with their bodies after birth.
Format:
- 3 workouts per week (Monday – Wednesday – Friday)
- Monthly subscription
- New group starts every month
- Led by Midwife Gabriella
